About SA Makers
South Australian Makers Incorporated is a volunteer run, not for profit organisation.
Our objectives are:
I. enhance the natural environment
II. advance education and
III. advance social or public welfare
By
a) Promoting making in South Australia.
b) Running an organisation promoting the sharing of skills necessary to repair, reuse and create
environmentally protective items.
c) Running educational courses and lectures about design for repair, reuse and recycle in the
circular economy.
d) Promoting, coordinating or organising events which encourage and build connections
between communities with similar objectives.
e) Fundraising for development of techniques and equipment for recycling, repair or reuse of
materials.
f) Promoting the practices of reuse, repair and recycling unwanted goods and scrap material;
and
g) Other activities which advance the objectives.

Members of South Australian Makers agree to be bound by our Articles of Association.

Join the Association
Individual and organisational membership is open to anyone supporting the objects of the association and who agrees to be bound by ourĀ Articles of Association.
Membership costs $20 ($15 concession) annually, and includes Annual General Meeting voting rights.
Apply for membership by completing the Online Application Form.
Upon submission, your application will be forwarded to the SA Makers committee for consideration and approval. One of the team will then be in touch with their decision. Membership fees can be paid here: Membership Payments Full Fee, or Membership Payments Concession.
